I like this project. It is beautiful. Good job, AG!
I just hope he isn’t going to flip. I’d like to think that he actually cares and that this isn’t some lame celebrity poser fantasy. The rest of us poor slobs are just waiting for some “movie star” to show us how things are supposed to done.
Sadly pretty in this society helps you get more money to renovate to your heart’s content. Not true for the rest of us average-looking folk.

Sorry if you don’t like the look of my renovation, but energy independence is too important to me to worry about whether this meets your aesthetic approval.
