Window Fix from park slope?

We have a new-ish leak or worsening leak near center back window on 2nd floor of 4 story building. I think it may be coming from 3rd story window since: the roof seems fine; there is no water seen above the 2nd floor ceiling; and the back wall was repointed and recoated last year. The leak is also pretty much as far as it can be from neighbors’ houses, though neighbors on one side do have a poorly maintained rear brick wall that looks in need of repair/repointing. This is the center window area, outside of which lives the fire escape. We can’t really see any way fire escape may contribute but anything is possible since we don’t know what is wrong. Bay Ridge windows recommended Window Fix to come take a look. Has anyone ever used them to diagnose and fix something like this?

Before you call anyone, check the sill for cracks, just above the window ditto, and also the setment of the frame into the masonry.
