Parrett windows

Been having a difficult time getting anyone at Parrett windows to provide a quote. They don’t return my calls or respond to my emails. I don’t know why as I try to be courteous in all my interactions. Maybe they don’t like to work with end-users directly which is fine if that’s the case. I also cannot find a list of their local dealers. Does anyone have any experience with them or know how I can get a quote for their wood double-hung weight and chain windows? Thanks a lot!

You need to have a dealer make the quote. Try prince lumber.

I’ve never heard of this company, but , clearly customer service is terrible and u should reconsider doing business with this company!!!!
