Fixing an old transom

I have the original transom from my house – see photo. There are two cracked pieces of glass, but otherwise it’s in decent shape I think. The wood needs stripping. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get it fixed? Thanks!

I second the recommendation of Peter at the Stained Glass Store for the repairwork on the window. The wood frame you’ll have to have a carpenter or restorer repair. Take the window in the wood frame to Peter, he’ll take the window out and give you the wood frame (it’s safer to trasport the window in the frame).
