Does anyone have Renewal by Andersen Fibrex windows?

Hi I’m Looking for feedback on Renewal by Andersen Fibrex windows. I’m considering them to replace 12 large double hung windows in a Non-landmark bldg. One concern I have is that you can only buy them thru Andersen, and use their installers. Someone comes out to measure, than another crew comes to install. So you don’t meet the installers in advance, and I’m guessing some are more meticulous than others. Can anyone share experiences with either the Fibrex windows themselves, &/or the install quality.

I am a West Austin homeowner who had Renewal by Anderson replace all the windows in my house. Not only do the windows look beautiful but I’m already saving big money on my energy bills because my heat and AC stays INSIDE the house now.
