Upon reaching out to Frank requesting an estimate for him to re-tile and install heated floors in my bathroom, he responded quickly, came to my home, talked me through his recommended approach and followed up in a timely manner with a quote. He was flexible with the scheduling and continued to check-in throughout the project to ensure that I was happy with the progress and to answer questions I had. Any recommendations for a contractor looking to do a quick job in May 2014\. The tiles are on there way we just need the labor. Space is roughly 30 sq. ft. Since this is the entrance of our home we are looking for person who is licensed, professional, experienced, clean, and efficient (but doesn’t cut corners). Please no self promoting.
