Hi all we are buying a home and we just received the report from the title company and they showed that the tax class is changing from tax class 1 (2 family) to 2a (5plus units) the property is indeed a 2 family and we have passed the date for witch this can be amended anyone familiar with this situation and what this implies for us thanks so much
