Tax lawyer

Recommendations for a tax lawyer?  The coop currently has one but his stock answer seems to be “Clinton hill just like Park Slope now”.  That being said we’ve been through 2 appeals and right after the tax commision agrees to lower our MV, they raise it 30% two months later.  I just don’t understand how a non-doorman, non-elevator old decrpit coop can command such high valuations.   thanks
