Seeking Flat Roof Specialist

I live on the top floor of a brownstone and the initial install of the flat roof was not up to spec. I’ve had rotted sections replaced twice since I moved in 3 years ago and this morning I woke to a leak in the living room, this time from the light fixture. And it looks like it’s time to replace the whole kit and kaboodle. I’d like to gather estimates from 2-3 specialists before making the investment.
