Gutter/Downspout cleaning

I don’t know the cost, but after the leader is cleaned out once it would be a good idea to avoid getting it clogged by putting a wire cage in the opening and cleaning the gutter from time to time (a simple DIY job if your house has a flat roof).

Can anyone recommend someone to clean out leaves, etc from downspouts? What is a rough cost for someone to come a couple times a year for that? Thanks!
