Gutter cleaning contract?

A similar question was asked last year but no recommendations were made. Does anyone know of a service to regularly clean and maintain gutters? Tried “fencing” to protect gutter, but fence just got pushed down into gutter, causing worse clog.

I’ve never seen them in retail outlets etc but they make gutters with a solid “top” which then has slits in it for the water to flow through, kind of turning the gutter into a yankee drain……you’d want to heat the gutters to prevent ice but if leaves are that big a problem maybe something for you to look into.
