Premier is probably the standard to beat. Also when they give you a 20 year guarantee on a roof, it actually means something since they’ve been around since the 1930s. I would consider their pricing to be good. If you want a TPO roof or something else special and expensive, Premier is probably not the company to do it, although I haven’t talked to them about it recently. Roofmaster has a good reputation for this, although I called him once and he took forever to get back and quoted me a very high price. Could be my bad luck. Expect to pay 5-10k for a new layer, and in the vicinity of 20k+ for a tear off if your doing a bitumen roof. Prices are just my guesses and could be way off for your situation.

Used Maestro Builders Corp for roof replacement and masonry work, they are good guys, but mostly busy… If you get them your lucky, because give long term warranty for their work, and when ever you have problem, u just call them they come and fix it free..

Royal Renovations – not cheap, but they were amazing to work with and they did a full rip and replacement in ONE DAY on a full size brownstone.
