Best product to patch parapet wall on roof?

We have a small leak and I was going to try sealing the cracks in the tiles on top of the parapet wall. I might also do some spots on the wall itself. Here are some photos.
Any advice on what product would do the job best?

You shouldn’t have to use roofing cement on camelback tiles – looks to me like you need to reset or replace a couple of them.
