Videoagrapher for Brownstone Construction

Hello Brownstoner Community,

I am undertaking a full gut renovation and rear extension of a landmarked brownstone in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, and I’m looking for a videographer to help document and tell the story of this transformation.

What I’m Looking For:
• Long-term coverage over 12–18+ months (demolition through final finishes)
• Cinematic storytelling that highlights design details, historic restoration, and craftsmanship
• Interviews with architects, contractors, and myself as the developer
• Deliverables that include short social media reels and a final polished documentary-style video for marketing and portfolio use

Experience with construction sites, brownstones, or long-term projects is strongly preferred. Please share:
• Links to sample work (especially construction or documentary projects)
• Your typical process and shoot schedule for projects like this
• Pricing structure (per day, per milestone, or project package)
