Vestibule recommendation

Looking for help with recommendations for contractor to build vestibule in 19th c brick row house. Saw prior posts with folks who were very happy with decision to add and would appreciate knowing the contractor who made you so happy!

hi @lilmoney. I bought a renovated brownstone who removed the vestibule. No brownstone should be without a vestibule. I hired Effective Contracting (Bruno), and I can not express how happy I am with the end result. He had to open back up the entry (back to double doors), build out the vestibule, rewire for hanging pendant lighting /additional switches, rewire alarm system, had 3 custom doors built. I’ve now had for 2 years. No longer hear all the noise on the street, and no longer have a draft coming into my home.

this guy works along and takes smaller jobs. he is really a carpenter/woodworker so he can handle this from framing through to the installation of door frame and door. i pass along a lot of work to him including staircase rebuilds and miscellaneous woodwork i do not want to tackle: Tom Staggs, HandiKraft LLC six four six-two-four-seven-three-five-nine-three.

if someone does not post a suggestion here, i will. it just that the guy i have is saying he wants time off to work on his own house. not sure how serious he is about that or if he cannot fit something like this in-
