Renovation recommendation - CRJ Home Improvement

I bought a 4000 sqft multi-family brownstone/townhouse in BedStuy earlier this year. I have never owned a property in NY, or attempted to undertake renovations before – so I really needed a company that would “hold my hand” through the process and all its intricacies. The building has two rental units and the owner’s duplex. I don’t have enough good things to say about CRJ – I found them through the Brownstoner website, and after getting several quotations, they not only came through cheaper, but also came across as highly professional and trustworthy. The project manager guided the process diligently, was GREAT at communication (email/phone/sms) and follow-up, and took me step by step through what would have otherwise been a very confusing process. Depending on the project requirements, they can bring together a professional team, including designer, architect, engineer. They helped me to stick to budget, get the necessary permits in a timely manner, and more importantly they met their/my deadlines. Their knowledge of renovations, esp. for multi-family houses that combine rental and private spaces, was a real plus – and a free quote with no obligation is also a definite bonus! I do not hesitate to recommend them and would be happy to provide more information and more photos of the great job they did.
