Need architect and contractor recommendations for BK brownstone renovation

We are planning on renovating our 4-story brownstone this year, moving up from the bottom duplex (garden/parlor) to live on the top three floors. We’d need to turn the garden level (currently living room/kitchen/dining) into a rental apartment, remove two kitchens from upper floors, redo a bathroom, install a kitchen on the parlor level, and add backyard access from the new parlor-level kitchen to the backyard, which means we need a deck as well. We’ve done smaller-scale renovations in this house, but never anything this big, so we’re hoping for recommendations for honest architects and contractors that this community has had experience with. We don’t need fancy-fancy, customized this and that. Just a nice job, well done. Thanks!
