ISO Carpenter/handyman to convert chain fence to wood

Hi all,

I was hoping you all might be able to recommend someone to help us convert our 4’ chain link fence to a 6’ wood lattice fence. The steel posts are sunk in concrete and very sturdy, but they are not evenly spaced 8’ across. We are looking for someone to bring some creativity to finding a way to reuse the existing fence, rather than replace it entirely. The fence contractors we’ve reached out to want to redo everything and it’s exorbitantly expensive.

As a separate project, a different portion of our property needs a new fence about 40’ long. We would use prefab wood fence panels from Home Depot, but on this side we need new posts as well to be sunk in concrete – is this something a carpenter/handyman could handle or does this project really need a fence installation company?
