How much to re-frame a townhouse that's only a shell? Who does this work?

I’m eyeing a brick townhouse that is essentially a brick shell. The brickwork is great, but inside of that it will all need to be redone from scratch. I want to know the costs of re-framing the interior to the condition shown in the photos — joists, stairs, floors, and roof only. I’m specifically interested in a company that may use steel beams as shown in the last photo, or as second choice use light steel framing system pocketed into the bricks where wood beams used to be, as shown in the first two photos. Does anyone know of firms that specialize in this type of work? BTW I’m based in NYC but the building is upstate, although as a starting point I would be interested to know the costs regardless of the market and would consider using a NYC-based crew since I understand this method of construction can often be done in relatively quick periods if material is pre-cut and planned out carefully before delivering to site. There is a guy on here who writes under the name “restoration contractor”. His name is bill and his firm is laredo construction. I know he works with steel. Something tells me he might work upstate.
