Flat Roof including Condo Bullkhead

After seeing maybe 20 roofers, who gave us quotes from $2k to $40K,, we landed on a short list of a roofers who were truly experienced and qualified to give a true labor and manufacturer;’s material’s warranty. Our condo board ended up finding a connection to a roofer that typically does commercial roofs, so not including that here. However, wanted to recommend Fort-Cica from the Bronx and Anthony.
