Cost for Design Plan

I am moving to a new space that is a bit more challenging in the layout and would need a designer’s help in the renovation. I only need design plans and will be dealing with the contractor directly and asking the contractor to get materials (such as tiles, bathtub, etc). I am keeping most of my furniture and that’s why I think the 30% design fee is not an applicable model for me. what is the average rate for a designer to draw up the design plans for the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room for a 700 square foot one bedroom apartment? I just need a base estimate so that I can start the process of quote sourcing. thanks!

well, just go to http://www.myezbz.com/ and post a free inquiry. i usually go to EZBZ and always find reasonable quotes from local contractors. i highly recommend them. 🙂
