Has anyone seen this house at 449 Hancock? It’s right around the corner from Saraghina. Looks like a beauty from the pictures but I’m sure it will need the usual upgrades. Would love to hear people’s opinions. Seems like this one is flying under the radar a bit. I love the original details in the house.

I haven’t seen it but live on the next block. It’s next to a boarded up building so it might be advisable to see what the story is on that property. It does look like a nice property.
