Cheapest Home Insurance Broker – Where Can I Find One?

I’ll third Brownstoner. Just one general note, all insurances – car/home etc. – have gone up substantially over the years. Everything is expensive. But Brownstoner was easily the best rate. Pro Tip, don’t skimp on flood insurance. Climate change is real, NYC infrastructure is undersized. Floor insurance was my saving grace when Hurricane Ida flooded my basement.

Looking to buy home insurance and I don’t care about extras, bells, or whistles. I only want the absolute cheapest policy that still counts as legit coverage.

Where can I find a broker who can actually get me that? Anyone have recommendations or tips?

Hmmm—no other replies. I suppose Brownstone Agency really is the least expensive. I’ve read comments before complaining about their customer service but I don’t really know. Fortunately I’ve had no claims in all these years.
