I just noticed the ad for Temple Morrow on the front page–our old broker Chris Kohler just joined that company!  We just celebrated our second anniversary in the building he helped us negotiate as our buyer’s broker.  Just wanted to show him some love and let everyone know that he is highly recommended!  He stuck with me through a grueling search process and was never pushy, always knowledgeable and helpful, and was willing to apply pressure when needed to get answers from the seller.  He was healing from an ankle injury at the time and never once complained as I dragged him to place after place from Red Hook to Bed-Stuy.  Really mellow and easy-going, friendly guy.  We couldn’t have done it without him!
