Buying NNNs (Triple Net Leases)?

Am seriously considering purchasing one or more NNNs in the near future. I’m wondering if any Brownstoners have personal experience in this area (good or bad) and if anyone can recommend a NNN buyer’s broker to help with the search and steer me in the right direction? Thanks.
