Ditmas Park 1BR / House Owners and Brokers

i’m looking to make the move from queens to brooklyn and am interested in ditmas park. i would love to find a 1BR in a house. i would still consider a building with updated amenities and good management. cats need to be allowed, i have one sweet, zen kitty. looking for rent $1200 or below.

i only need to give 30 days notice, so am flexible of move dates. ideally, i’d like to find a new place between now and april.
