Crown Heights rents?

I have been reading about rising rents in Crown Heights.  Does anyone have thoughts on what the rents would be for two flats in a recently renovated 2 unit building on Lincoln Place and Kingston?  The upstairs is 3 bed/1 bath and the downstairs is a duplex with garden access, 2 baths, and up to 5 bedrooms. Both have washer/dryers and dishwashers.

Thanks, do you think it would be $2300 for 3 bed/1 bath or the downstairs duplex, which is a 4 beds/2 baths?

Hi Dogpatch,                    I think it should be around $2300.00\. It all depends on the finish and the size. I suggest look more on craigslist.com, massada.com and other realtors.
