What's happening at 1860 Bedford Avenue?

Hello, I know there’s been a few discussions on B’Stoner about this property (http://brownstoner.staging.wpengine.com/blog/2010/01/price-cut-at-18/) and while it’s our dream house and we’d love to buy it we just couldn’t manage the cost. We often drive past just to fantasize about rescuing it and recently I noticed permits in the windows and some facade work being done. Does anyone know if it’s sold? It’s still listed on that pathetic realty site. Thanks!

Last information I saw about this place appeared on The Q blog back in September: http://theqatparkside.blogspot.com/2011/09/on-todays-bike-ride.html Of late, there seems to be a lot more activity in and around the premises, but there’s been no new news as to what’s really going on.

And on that sad realty site they also have listed the Church Ave medical practice building that’s owned by the same LLC (set up by the Doctor) that owns 1860 Bedford.
