Is this area a part of Stuyveson Heights, and how is the area? Is the area safe?

**_Stuyvesant_ **at Chauncey is right at the corner of Fulton Park and stumbling distance from the Subway entrance in the park.  If you have visited already, (1) you should know how the name is spelled, and (2) you should have a good idea of the neighborhood.  This is definitely Stuyvesant Heights and unless you are a few houses down Chauncey toward Malcolm X.
