Quadriad Realty Permanent Affordable Housing Leases?

Quadriad claims that they offered to their Williamsburg Project on North 3rd Street permanent affordable housing rent leases.  They promised to not go to market rate for the life of their building. Is this true? If it is can you please contact me to view a real copy, because I don’t believe those leases are legal, and those lease holders will not have the correct legal protections and rights.

Check the address in the Department of Finance ACRIS database (go to “record a document” and follow the links).  If there is a regulatory agreement with the City in place, you’ll be able to see it.  I’m guessing that the building might be in the Inclusionary Housing program which yes, is permanently affordable.
