Hello All, I am new in this forum and want to discuss about how to invest real estate property. Also please give me suggestion how to consult with any property management firm to search affordable property.

Thanks **resident2** for your valuable suggestion. Well these property management companies provide us their brokers to find best & suitable property according to our requirement. So i don’t think that individual broker can do all these!!!

Property Management companies do not find property for you to buy. That is a Brokers job. But do not ask a broker for an “affordable” property, that is a very subjective word that depends on your investment criteria and your abilities as an owner to make it a good investment for you.
