Hi there, This NYC website has detailed rolling sales data for each borough for the last year: http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/property/property_val_sales.shtml but not older data (say for the last five years). Does anybody know how to get older data? I’ve done some studies of how shcool zone, proximity to Prospect Park impact property values based on recent (1-year) sales, looking to extend to a longer history to better quantify the trends I have seen so far. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
