maybe take them to paintball or arcade. Aviator supposed to have “rockclimbing party” but I cannot imagine it to be a “party” type of activity. Do you have any other ideas?

Museum of Natural History, Rose/Hayden Planetarium, NY Aquarium, various city zoos (especially their reptile houses). If your pockets are unimaginably deep, many museums have sleepovers.

Really depends what he’s into.  I did my son’s 11 th b’day at 20 sided store in Williamsurg because he and his buddies are into D&D.  Worked out great and the price was right.  It was a group of 5 boys and they all had a great time.  Lauren at 20 sidedstore was super easy to work with.  Highly recommended if your son and his friends are into role playing games.
