Results of CB7 Meeting- 17th street Prospect Expressway entrace?

Anyone attend the CB7 meeting Tues? My understanding was that the dept of parks was presenting a propsal to give over the land on either side of the mid-block prospect expressway entrance on 17th street? Are there any organized groups working on behalf of the block and the neighborhood for this issue?
