Recs for exterior drain issues?

Per a similar post recently I suggested “Roto Rooter.”  http://www.rotorooter.com/contactus/

During last Friday’s downpour some of my clients called me due to an extreme drain issue.  Roto Rooter charged $400\.  They charged some of my other clients $300 recently.  They will snake the drains and clear out the traps.

The drains in the backyard and shaftway drain suuuuper slowly during and after a decent rain- a good 3 inch pool of water hangs around for a couple days but eventually goes down.

Any advice for a company to check those pipes out?
Also, any idea of cost?
