The paperwork on our renovation has been quite messy and the plumber has abandoned the job (with the plans) a year ago. Who can help close this project? I likely need expeditor, architect and plumber to take this over and clean it up.

answering here for everyone’s benefit (for now!) the job is done. DOB had two filings for the same house. One with house extension, the other without…. then starts trouble. We have sign off for most of the house but not the rest and the walls are closed. Worst case DOB could (I guess) ask to re-open everything to inspect both filling even though it’s the same plumbing.
