Hudson Reed fixtures

I’d be happy to throw them away if i could find someone to get redo it.  The issue is that the hudson reed components are the link between the shower controls and the pipes and it’s in a concrete wall.  i’m not qualified to either fix it or take them out and install new ones.  I’d rather fix it because i fear that ripping them out will require more to repair than simply a plumber.  Anyway, suggestions welcome.

We put in fixtures from Hudson Reed, an online UK retailer.  They are pretty, but are failing and while i have put in the replacement parts, I need help.  Can anyone recommend a plumber who has worked with these products?  The issue is that I can’t get the hot water to adjust correctly. Thanks

Hudson Reed is a strictly online retailer that exports cheap, China-made replicas of high-end European faucets. Considering what they cost, you would be doing yourself a disservice by getting a plumber involved in repairing them. Do yourself a favor. Throw them away and buy real faucets.
