yes you can.  I came from the bronx, the traffic for Manhattan was funneled through a checkpoint…I sailed right through to Queens

Hello, does anyone know if you can drive across the Triborough bridge into Brooklyn without the 3-people HOV restriction? I know that you can come from Manhattan to Brooklyn on the Brooklyn/ Manhattan Bridges, but can’t find specific info on the Triborough (and I read somewhere where the BQE ramp was being checked for HOV). Also, does the FDR drive remain closed? Thanks, we are trying to get some relatives from NJ to us….
