Violation Resolution

Has anyone ever used Jack Jaffa & Associates to help resolve a DOB violation or an ECB violation and penalty.  They come recommended.  Was it a hearing or a settlement?  and was the resolution successful?

I actually deal with their company quite often (owning property in NYC and all), they’ve recently moved offices into a larger space and are even better staffed. They’re experts in handling all my violations – including DOB, ECB,FDNY, DEP…etc. Give them a call!

I inherited a long list of ECB and DOB violations from the previous owner when I bought my house, and they were terrific in resolving them. The office looks like a hole in the wall, but they know their stuff and have the connections to get things done. In my case, most of the violations were of the ‘failure to comply’ variety, and those were dismissed once the primary violations had been resolved and the penalties settled.
