Yes, not sure what you are asking. I was just at dob yesterday trying to file a job, they had a hold against a projects being filed. 2 unit owners went down there a few years ago and put the hold in place although they had nor right to do so. You should see what DOB is requiring to remove the hold. They did this as my client had mentioned what he had in mind and they did not like it.
