Plaster work and painting

We’re looking for recommendations for someone to do some wall/ceiling repair (mostly small cracks and holes from a previous tenant, scrape down the previous textured ceiling, and then paint the walls and ceiling (top floor in 20’x40′). Who’s had a good experience lately with someone doing this kind of work? No self-referrals, please 🙂
