I need someone to  clear a number of violations (plastering and painting, radiator cover, replace a kitchen cabinet, tile work, hang a door, replace a striker on a lock) in a rent controlled apt in Brooklyn Heights.  Tenant is difficult and I need someone who will go in, do the work, and not engage with the tenant who wants extra work done.  Does not include plumbing or electric violations (those have been cleared).  Work needs to be done in the next few weeks.

Sounds like a difficuilt job.  You mentioned tile setting, so I am replying.  I am familiar with rent controlled tenants complaining about their land lords and landlords who pay and pay to get things fixed but, they remain unsatisfactory.  As with any inquiry, I can’t promiss in advance, but I am glad to take a look.
