separate utility

   I have a dead beat brother who uses and is the main cost for our high bills but doesnt help paid them at all. everytime he gets money he spend it on anytime but the bills or rent. i’m tired of paying his half. So my question it how can i separate the bills to where he get and worry bout his own bill and worry bout mine. Please someone help me. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, your problems are well beyond the scope of this blog–which is why, I suspect, no one has tried to respond yet. I will tell you that unless your brother’s living space is completely separate from yours, there is no way to separate out the utilities. And if his space is separate from yours, and you own the building, you can separate the utilities. It will be a time-consuming and costly endeavor, though. Good luck.
