I am a news correspondent for a TV network in Brazil and yesterday three historical buildings in Rio de Janeiro collapsed and apparently it was a renovation without permit that has caused the tragedy. (this is the link for the story on CNN http://edition.cnn.com/2012/01/26/world/americas/brazil-building-collapse/) I am producing a news segment to show how the work permit works in New York and how hard it is to get it. I wonder if you know anyone who is renovating a house and could give me a very short interview tomorrow morning just  to illustrate the difference between Rio de Janeiro and NYC. It would take no longer than half hour. I would appreciate if anyone could help me with contacts. The story will be aired in our prime time news bulletin in Brazil, for more than 25 millions viewers and later will be available online in our website – www.sbt.com.br/jornalismo   Thank you!
