Looking for Garden Level in July or August

Our daycare provider just found out that she needs to leave her apartment for owner renovations. She’s looking for a garden level apartment (prefers staying in Ft. Greene but is open to any possibilities) starting in July or August. Would you please let me know if you anticipate having anything open and a way to contact you? How long does she need the apartment? Is it for July OR August? Is it for a permanent apartment or just a sublet? I know of a ground floor apartment in Clinton Hill for short term. Post your email or hers if you’re interested.
