Garbage Sorter

How much is the going rate/reasonable rate to pay someone to put out/ sort garbage for a 4 family building? Pick up is twice per week for regular garbage, and once per week for recyclables. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

We use Richard W Younger Site Management 141 Columbia Hts, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (718) 797-2390 in our 6 apt co-op in Brooklyn heights. $300 a month includes trash, sweeping the front steps/sidewalk (snow removal in winter) and internal hall vacuum/cleaning of the bannisters etc once a week. Cant recommend them enough. For $300 they do a great job.
