Can anyone recommend a good debris hauler for Brooklyn?

I have around 200 bags of 50lb dirt that needs to be hauled out from my backyard. Are there any companies in the city that will take these away for a reasonable price? Will they be willing to do manual labor such as lifting also? Thanks in advance.

I’ve used two junk haulers in the last few months. I used 1-800 got junk the first time bc scheduling online (for the next day!) was a piece of cake, but man they were NOT cheap. their on-site estimate for taking some stuff out of my cellar and clearing some mixed construction rubble from my rear yard was awfully steep, so I had them just take the stuff out of the cellar. I was far more pleased with joey from just rubbish, who took the broken bricks, concrete and stone out of the yard. there was a lot more labor involved, but it was substantially cheaper than the got junk guys. will definitely use him next time I have the need. justrubbish1@gmail.com

I don’t know how useable it is in terms of nutrients for plants. But it’s true dirt dug from my backyard…it mostly seems like clay soil with a random mix of rocks/pebbles. If people are willing to take it and use it, I’d rather give it away than have this trucked to the landfill.

Try John at 347 200 6804\. I forgot his last name but he has done a lot of hauling for us over the last few years (gravel, broken cement, basement junk) and is always very good.
