I’m looking to refinance our house on St Marks Place between 3/4th Ave. Can anyone give me recommendations for lenders / brokers. I’ve read numerous horror stories about mortgage apps and hopefully I can avoid them. Love to go local so I can see my handler face to face. Thanks all, TS Naylor

I have owned many properties over the years and our mortgage guy is Adam from South Shore Mortgage.  He has been in the business for 20 years and used to be in Operations and Underwriting so he is not a typical salesperson.  In fact, he is not at all a salesperson; he just knows his stuff and delivers competitive loans with far superior service than I ever had anywhere else.  I am not sure how available he is to meet face to face as he moved from NY to NJ a few years ago but between phone, e-mail and even Skype, he is readily available.
