MORTGAGE BROKER in or around Brooklyn that can work with Multi-Fam Primary Residence

In need of a good recommendation on a Mortgage Broker who is familiar with the NY market and multi-family/primary-residences in particular. My credit is good (low 700s) Equity in the property is great (I’m way above water). Mortgage paid on time for years. Current interest rate is 6.25% and would like to take advantage of lower rates.  No cash-out necessary. Rental income is solid and pays the majority of the monthly payment to the current lender. Self-employed personal income is “eh”, but should add up for most outside of the strictest of banks. In other words, I’d like to find someone who has a tad more wiggle room than, say, Chase, and am willing to pay the add’l “bump” for the help in securing the loan. Thanks in advance. – Gents

Adam Dahill gets recommended here constantly because he is amazing, friendly, tireless and gets results. We just refinanced our multi-family with him in February and he was fantastic. I second the recommendation for Adam Dahill. He’s personable, smart, and very persistent.
