My husband and I are looking to replace the stairs leading from our back door to our yard with a permitted deck — 8′ x appx 12′ with stairs leading 5′ from apartment grade to ground.  It seems to us a very simple and standard project.  We are looking for recommendations for a contractor that will handle the whole project.  Also, if anyone has any advice as to what the total cost of the project might be, we’d appreciate it.  Huge thanks!
